Flexible pay gives people the ability to choose when to get paid allowing them to access a portion of wages earned at any point of the month, instead of waiting until payday. It’s an alternative to the fixed pay cycle in which employees can only access their pay once a month, regardless of what they’ve earned and it plays a positive role in improving financial wellbeing by enabling people to shape their pay around their lives. Many choose to use the service to budget, pay for bills, cover unexpected costs or take advantage of time-limited sales or discounts. All transfers are instant and processed via faster payments.

Integration Overview
As a certified partner, Stream’s integration with ADP provides a secure and automated way to regularly transfer employee data, including HR, Payroll and Absence information, by leveraging existing ADP API endpoints (Workers, Pay Distributions, and Time Off Requests).
- Clients utilizing both ADP and Stream can access a turnkey, fully managed integration solution established through a direct, secure API connection.
- This integration is available via the ESI marketplace, currently accessible to clients utilising IHCM2, NGUX and ADP Realtime platforms. If clients are using additional ADP products beyond these, requiring integration with Stream, further technical setup may be required.
- Light touch implementation Integrating Stream with your relevant ADP platform is designed to be seamless. This pre-built, turnkey integration is already in use by many shared clients and requires minimal configuration or setup. To start this process, clients should submit an integration activation request (e-service SR) via the CRM eService tool and complete the Client Instruction Agreement (CIA). Stream and ADP handle all subsequent setup, providing a dedicated test environment, ensuring minimal client-side IT or development resources are required.
